Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage automation and AI project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support. Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track progress against OKRs. Technical Delivery Management: Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and AI/ML engineers to deliver solutions on platforms like UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI frameworks. Guide the technical scoping, design, and integration efforts for process automation, document intelligence, agentic AI bots, and decisioning workflows. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business units, IT, and leadership teams. Translate business needs into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and benefits. Quality & Risk Management: Implement governance, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure reliable, compliant automation outcomes. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change control. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay current with automation, AI, and agentic AI trends. Champion reusability, scalability, and best practices within the COE.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in automation, RPA, AI/ML, or digital transformation. Hands-on exposure to UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or equivalent automation platforms. Understanding of AI concepts like NLP, document understanding, LLMs, and agentic frameworks is a strong plus. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) is desirable.

 

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in a COE or Center of Excellence model. Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and API integrations. A mindset for continuous learning, collaboration, and value-driven delivery.
