What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

You’ll join a team that harnesses AI and automation to streamline business processes and reduce inefficiencies.
As an AI/Automation Consultant, you’ll help drive innovative solutions that automate workflows, minimise human error, and ensure faster, more efficient operations. You will review various processes across the business, identify areas for AI and automation implementation, and provide valuable recommendations for improvement.

In your first few months, you’ll become familiar with Ericsson's tools and technologies for building AI-driven solutions. By the end of the first six months, you’ll start taking ownership of driving automation initiatives and deploying AI solutions within different parts of the business.

Who Thrives in This Program?

We are looking for someone innovative, self-driven, and eager to drive transformation with AI and automation. You should have:

1-3 years of experience in AI, automation, or technology consulting.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and deploy AI solutions.Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The AI/Automation team within Global People Services is at the forefront of transforming how Ericsson operates by leveraging AI and automation. The team enhances process efficiency and improves operational speed by integrating AI solutions and driving automation across business functions.

With a small, agile team, you will work closely with colleagues across Gurgaon, Noida, and other locations globally. The team has a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and creative problem-solving. As part of this team, you will be exposed to real-world challenges and have the opportunity to influence the AI and automation landscape at Ericsson, ensuring operations run more smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to implement new solutions, collaborating on integrating advanced AI tools, cloud services, and automation technologies that improve both internal operations and employee experience.
