The Agile Coach is the ambassador for the Agile Way of Working and helps Scrum Master’s, Product Owners, Portfolio Owners and Team Members with delivering the functionality, increasing productivity and implementing improvements. He or she is part of team Agile Way of Working. The Agile Coach provides training, coaching and learning-on the-job in order to improve value delivery of the Organization. She or he improves ways of working in the portfolio and cross-portfolio collaboration working closely with Portfolio Owners and Leadership Team. 

 

Your responsibilities would include:  

 

• leading the desired culture change to create a maximum performance in every respect  

pointing out bottlenecks in the way of working and coaching organization on how to improve in order to increase effectiveness  

demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts and scaled Agile frameworks 

working with senior stakeholders on improving ways of working in organization 

providing transparency with data to enable data decision making  

introducing metrics that helps portfolios and teams to increase their effectiveness 

facilitating, coaching and guiding cross-portfolio improvements  

coordinating activities between teams cross- portfolio  

enabling and stimulating an environment for providing and asking continuous feedback by acting as a role model  

developing the Agile skills of the Product Owner, Scrum Masters, Portfolio Owners and LT members 

educating colleagues (employees at all levels) on Agile principles  

providing training sessions and teaching valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide of Agile methodologies  

using techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation  

embodying the Agile principles and lead by example  

sharing experiences and best practices with D&T and the business  

training Portfolio teams and coach them on a consistent and proper application of the HEINEKEN way of working  

 

You are a good candidate if you have:  

 

more than 6 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in large organization or Agile Coach; further several years of experience in an IT environment  

excellent coaching skills: listening, motivating, observing  

excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)  

collaborating attitude, showing courage, taking responsibility  

strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices and able to teach others  

proven training, coaching and change management experience  

SDLC knowledge in practice  

CI/CD practical knowledge 

Technical background (software engineer / tester) with experience in working in Agile team as a team member 

Proven experience in working with Senior Stakeholders 

Bachelor/Master’s degree
