De afdelingsmanager (interne benaming value stream manager) voor Cytiva is verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de productiedoelen (Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Levering, Inventaris en Productiviteit) en draagt zorg voor het samenstellen ontwikkelen van het team volgens onze kernwaarden (Inzicht toepassen, Win als een team, Resultaatgericht en C reëer vertrouwen). Deze functie (32 - 40 uur) maakt deel uit van de afdeling Operations in Medemblik en zal volledig op locatie worden uitgevoerd, waar je groeimogelijkheden hebt. We zoeken een nieuwe collega die de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar een Operations Manager positie. In deze uitdagende rol krijg je de kans om: + Teams aan te sturen (2 Shiftleaders en ongeveer 45 medewerkers) op de afdeling waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent (2D/3D biocontainers produceren) + Actief beleidsbeheer en processoptimalisatie + Deel te nemen aan (internationale) Kaizens, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te werken in een functie met een breed takenpakket. De essentiele vereisten voor deze baan zijn: + HBO werk- en denkniveau + Een enthousiaste proactieve zelfstarter die stressbestendig en besluitvaardig is + Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal + Ervaring met people management en coaching in een productieomgeving + Bekendheid met Lean tools zoals Value Stream Mapping en Visual/Daily Management.
