A vacancy exists for an Administrator: Payroll, Benefits & Tax, who will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing ensuring compliance with tax regulations and processing of employee benefits administration.

This role is integral to maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional service to employees regarding compensation and benefits matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Process payroll accurately and on time, earnings, deductions and ad-hoc paymentsGenerate regular payroll and benefits reports for internal stakeholdersEnsure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations, including PAYE, UIF, and other mandatory deductionsProficiency in tax administrator of International Assignees, both in- and out-boundAdminister employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave entitlements, and wellness initiatives

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related fieldProven experience in payroll administration and tax compliance (minimum 2–5 years preferred)Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of tax regulations and employment lawsExcellent attention to detail, planning and organizational, communication and team collaboration skills
