Administrative Services Lead Representative

Job Summary:
The Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services for the company. They will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and optimizing the procurement process.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.Conduct supplier performance evaluations and address any issues.Solicit bids, undertake negotiations with vendors and finalize and obtain approvals.Procurement Process:
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Monitor inventory levels and anticipate procurement needs by co-ordinating with different Dept’s.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Manage and resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.Cost Management:
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.Analyze market trends and identify cost saving opportunitiesNegotiate pricing and discounts with suppliers to achieve cost reductions.Prepare and analyze procurement reports and budgets.Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, finance, logistics) to understand their procurement needs.Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Provide regular updates on procurement activities and status.Work with quality control to ensure purchased products meet company standards.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.Maintain ethical procurement practicesExpectations from the candidate
