Job Description🔎 What will you take care of?
The person will mainly be responsible for the following activities:
Recording invoices in the Apache and SAP management systems;
Performing internal controls (so-called Detective Controls) in the areas of Bill2Cash, Fixed Assets, Accounting, and Payment Transactions;
Supporting activities related to the calculation of direct taxes;
Assisting in the preparation of periodic tax forms (e.g., CU, Model 770, Intrastat, Conai, and other supporting documents) and substitute archiving (invoices, warehouse registers, and other fiscally relevant documentation);
Periodically updating the main reference procedures of the department;
Supporting year-end activities related to warehouse inventories and inventory book printing.
Qualifications🎯 Education: You are graduated in Economics or similar.
💻 Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
You are skilled with the main accounting software and databases (particularly APACHE and SAP).
🗺️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
🫱🏼🫲🏼 Soft Skills: The profile is completed by: organizational autonomy, flexibility, respect for deadlines, ability to summarize and present arguments effectively, and excellent analytical skills.
