DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Admin Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nAssist compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant HMRC approvals as directed\nSubmission of timely and accurate duty returns to HMRC in Inventory Managers absence\nDevelop a sound functional awareness of the HMRC legislation applicable to the role\nEngage in and support the Inventory Manager\nWriting and continuous improvement of work instructions relating to the Bond Function\nAccurate and timely receipt of returns onto WMS system.\nMaintain accurate stock figures by cycle counts of product.\nAnalyse and investigate stock discrepancies.\n\n
