At Mars Wrigley, we’re on the lookout for an Activity Project Manager to lead game-changing initiatives that deliver real business impact. This role will be on a contract duration through the end of December 2025.

What are we looking for?Proven experience in project management, ideally with multiple years in multifunctional teams.FMCG or internal Mars experience would be a strong advantage.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills – you know how to bring people together across demand and supply teams to get things done.A process-driven mindset with the ability to influence and embed best practice.Solid business and financial acumen, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement.Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior leadership and navigate complex decision-making environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based project systems.
What will be your key responsibilities?Lead a diverse portfolio of projects, managing them end-to-end through all stage gates – from NPR to launch and post-launch review.Chair weekly activity meetings, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned, accountable, and focused on delivery.Act as the voice of the project team, representing activities in senior forums and Step 1 meetings as needed.Collaborate closely with Marketing to shape project proposals and compose the right team from the start.Drive rigorous project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation to ensure flawless execution.Track and report performance through the Activity Tracker, linking back to our 3-year activity calendar.Ensure best-in-class use of QuEST and PPM systems, embedding right-first-time ways of working.Prepare high-quality decision documents and support Senior Activity Managers in leading decision-making forums.Coach and mentor cross-functional team members, building capability and agility across the business.Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that lift our activity management game.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.A flexible, people-first culture that supports you to do your best work.
