Manage multiple New Product launches and product changesMars New Zealand home to market leading brands such as PEDIGREE® MARS®, SNICKERS®, WHISKAS®, ECLIPSE®,Permanent full-time role based from our Ellerslie office with 50% of week WFH

Being part of a vibrant team, you will drive results and ensure stakeholders are clear on project plans, and what is required and expected of them.


What would be your key responsibilities? 

You will coordinate our product activities (projects) to ensure objectives are met, that resources are used efficiently while doing so, and that excellence in their execution is achieved.Activities include (but are not limited to) product launches, major and minor product changes, range deletions, and promotions.Be an expert on project management, including records and data, managing expectations, informing stakeholders, tracking deliverables, milestones and comparing to planDeliver and coordinate activity-related communication and reporting across the businessLiaise with supply sites from around the world to coordinate the supply chain for each activityManage stakeholders within the NZ business and in our global supply sitesWhere there are critical risks against a project, escalate to management along with recommendations for decisions or corrective actions, and requests for support or direction.

What are we looking for?

Experience in a similar role is essentialProject Management or Packaging, trade Marketing is desirableFMCG Industry knowledge or transferable Industry within Supply Chain,Financial acumen is essentialStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
