YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nFinancial acumen to develop and implement strategies to achieve KPI’s (DOS, Aging, and Bad debt targets).\nCapacity to develop and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and achieve organizational goals.\nMonitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and implement process improvements.\nLead a team, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment disputes and customer queries.\nStrong leadership skills to develop high-performing teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and feedback.\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nBachelor's degree (Master's or relevant accounting certifications preferred).\nProficiency in Financial software and systems with a strong understanding of accounting principles.\nAt least 5-8 years' experience in accounts receivables management, preferably with a focus on large teams and achieving financial targets. \nExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills\nPrior experience in leading a team, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation.\n\n
