Job Title: Vendor Master Data Analyst, Accounts Payable Representative

Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of Vendor Master Data. It involves creating and handling vendor accounts within ERP systems. VMD is instrumental in maintaining the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of supplier information in the ERP, including audit reporting and alignment to internal control guidelines. Success in this role hinges on regular communication with corporate personnel and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Vendor Master Data requests promptly and accurately, in line with policies, procedures, and SLAs.Contribute to the development of forms, procedures, and work instructionsSee opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency.Establish relationships with internal customers and multi-functional teams, sharing successes and achievements actively.Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service levels, internally and externally!Undertake other duties as assigned.Skills Required:
Experience with SNOW, SAP, Oracle, Navision is advantageousProven Ability to meet deadlinesSolid attention to detail and organizational skillsGood interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates a professional and customer-focused approach, paying close attention to detailPrevious experience in high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency processing functions.Solid understanding and appreciation of audit and SOX requirements.Education & Experience:
