Job DescriptionThe candidate will be a valued team member of the Global Card Administration Team. The candidate will be responsible for the administrative oversite of the Visa Inc. Global Corporate and Purchasing Card Programs. The Global Card Programs Administrator will manage day-to-day functions related to the card programs, working with the team to provide superior customer service to the end users, while enforcing cardholder compliance with the Global Travel and Expense Policies.
Responsibilities:
Manage the corporate and purchasing card program for CEMEA based employees including issuance, renewal, modification, cancellation, monthly issuer statement reconciliation, monitoring of outstanding expenses, and cardholder support (credit limit increases, policy interpretation, exception transaction processing, etc.)Manage regional email inbox to track employee inquiries related to Corporate Card and Purchasing card activitiesAct as main point of contact for issuing banks, being point person to troubleshoot issues or execute changes to card programProvide support for Visa’s T&E system, including resolution of technical inquiries, performing testing for system changes and enhancementsInteract with cardholders and other finance groups, including Global Sourcing, Controllers, Accounts Payable, Data Maintenance, IT, People Team, Compliance, product teams and global team card administrators, to support questions related to corporate and purchasing card transactionsProvide knowledge of Visa policies and procedures, supporting cardholders and general employee questions based on Travel and Entertainment related items or Purchasing Card related items, including leading training sessions on general T&E Policy and Concur functionalityParticipate in global card program meetings to provide and implement process improvementsReview of the weekly employee aging report, including collections from employees and posting reimbursement paymentsCross-Regional support - providing back up and assistance to Team members during planned vacation and when additional support is requiredSupport regional tasks associated with mergers and acquisitions, including integration into Concur, issuing new cards, and providing training supportThis is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Experience working directly with high volume Corporate Card and Purchasing card programs
•Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface and communicate well with all leadership levels
•Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
•Team player with a strong client service orientation
•Proven ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment
•Proficient in SAP Concur Expense, GIFS Oracle
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication ability
•Able to multi-task, learn, problem-solve, prioritize, set and attain goals, hold others accountable and work independently
