**Job description** + Maintains general ledgers and performs the complete accounting cycle in compliance with established practices and generally accepted accounting principles. + Adheres to internal control policies and procedures + Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data. + Analyze financial trends and develop reports to support management decision-making. + Advise management on financial matters and compliance with financial regulations. + Continuously improves and serves as a resource in their area of responsibility + Has multiple interactions with internal customers **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required. + At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting preferred + Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP or IFRS. + Strong English communication skills + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience with financial accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) preferred. + CPA certification preferred.
