Knowledge, Skills and Innovation

Business experience in electronics components sales in Japan over 15 years Plus – Experience in both Japanese company and any foreign company Management experience within sub-function and strong leadership Plus - Experience managing 5-10 team members for more than several years Deep knowledge in area of accountability Plus – Business experience for Consumer, Datacom,MFP/LBP,Industrial Proactive involvement for sales promotion and for business growth Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation Ability to build intimate relationship with any layer in customers Adapts/makes departures from traditional approaches to enhance quality or value in existing methods Fluent language communication in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 700) Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
