Job Purpose:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our service.

Key responsibilities:\nAct as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring that projects and contract are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, contributing to overall revenue growth.\nAddress and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, acting as an advocate for the customer within the organization.\nCollaborate with customers to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives, helping them achieve success through theDHL's offerings.\nMonitor account performance, gather feedback, and report on metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.\nStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customer and inform business strategies.\nWho we are looking for:\nFluent German, Fluent in English, and Spanish.\nDesirable logistic experience\nMust have previous experience as account manager (RFQ, sales, Customer centricity)\nFinance knowledge (P&L, budget, billing, invoice, etc.)\nPlease upload resume in English.\n\n
