Sales Account Manager - Electron Microscopy and Surface Analysis for Industrial Markets – Benelux

What will you do?
The Account Manager handles sales/account management activities for material science industrial accounts in the Benelux, defines and drives sales strategies ensuring customer satisfaction, achievement of bookings, revenue and business goals.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Manage a portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service and happiness.Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on growing the breadth of our portfolio.Regularly meet and update collaborators and customers about business activities.Maintain accurate quarterly booking forecasts.Building and driving sales strategies; experience with Miller Heiman strategic sales processes is appreciated.Arrange system demonstrations in close collaboration with application engineers and product marketing managers.Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of installation and training services.

Understanding of the industry challenges is needed and ability to develop high level of applications knowledge based on industry and segment focusExperience in selling technically sophisticated solutions related to CAPEX products in industrial markets is appreciated.Highly developed skills to close sales deals and other topics with customers.Structured problem solving by working with customers and account teamSpecific strategical selling vision to handle large and technically complex projects along extended period of time (over 1 year).Typically requires an academic or bachelor degree in topics related with Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or similar.Knowledge of Electron Microscopy and/or surface analysis with XPS is highly welcomed.Ability to communicate confidently and concisely in various formats to diverse audiences.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsBeing highly organized with outstanding attention to detailA strong collaborator who can also work independently and remotely. Proficient in Dutch and English; the ability to also speak French is considered a plus.Enjoyment of socializing and traveling to customer sites and factory locally and internationally.Willing to travel throughout the Benelux and internationally if required.Driving License
