**Job title** – Account Manager, HNC Korea
**Location** – Seoul, Korea
**Job model** – Hybrid
As an Account Manager, you will be tasked to manage and develop the business with customers to achieve the agreed sales. This includes an extensive understanding of the opportunity, the selection and negotiation with business partners in Korea, the recommendation for product portfolio, price, placement and promotion specific to the local market and consistent with our regional/global strategies.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Sales of dsm-firmenich products directly to customers or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume, price and operational expense. Development and implementation of Customer Action Plans (Caps) according to schedule agreed with immediate superior
+ To monitor sales results by customer and product taking corrective measures whenever necessary. To inform management about relevant market data such as: competitive price strategy and/or actions; product demand
+ Execute business negotiation such as prices, contracts and close the negotiation with a guideline agreed. To quote price and to develop commercial proposals according to agreed strategy
+ To deliver commercial presentations aiming to improve customer knowledge of dsm-firmenich products as well as to further develop dsm-firmenich branding. To prospect, searching for new customers, new business and promote innovation
+ To acknowledge and strictly follow SHE policy in all activities. To actively use and maintain visit reports and project pipeline in CRM periodically. To update sales forecast and input it into IBP system in closely working with logistics team
+ Support and develop overseas business for my clients with promotion on our products. Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline. Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities related to MRS towards the account

**You bring**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science/technology or business-related field
+ 5-12 years of work experience in sales of dietary supplements either at contracting manufacturing organization, or food industry
+ Knowledge of industry and markets, in-depth know-how about products and/or applications.
+ Mid or advance level proficiency in English communication skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team Player. Negotiation skills.
+ Ability to perform under stress, initiative and have experiences in working abroad
