**Job Title** : Account Manager Dairy Ingredients Solutions Spain **City, Country:** Barcelona, Madrid or any city in Spain. **Hybrid/Remote/On Site :** Remote or hybrid + 50% traveling What drives our customers is the starting point of what we do. For our Iberian region we are looking for an Account Manager Dairy ingredients with experience in cultures and enzymes. In this position you will be home based but travel between 50-70% of your time to visit our clients. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director. As the Account Manager you develop, implement, and realize the account strategy and plan, within the sales strategy and plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, to ensure the realization of planned business results and long-term customer relationship objectives are achieved. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities:** + To set up, coordinate & execute specific Accounts tactics & plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term. + Define and implement a strategic account plan. Translate into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit. + Contribute to develop the sales plan, both strategically and tactically. + Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report based on defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results. + Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business. + Identify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan. + Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation, and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities. + Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans. + Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts. + Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities towards the account. + Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline. + Monitor the account’s payment behavior and act to ensure payment within the agreed payment terms. **We bring** + Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards. + Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments. + Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative. + Collaboration with experts in health, nutrition, and beauty to drive progress. + Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions. + Opportunity to build a career making a significant impact on billions of lives, with the freedom to shape your own path. + Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet. + Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions. + Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. **You bring** + Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent in science, technology or other business related field. + Min 5 years of experience in Account Management in an international business-to-business environment in the **Cheese and dairy industry** . + Ideally have extensive knowledge and understanding of **Cheese and Dairy cultures and enzymes** and/or other Dairy ingredients with a strong ability to describe and discuss the products in depth. + Preferably have an existing network within the international Dairy industry. + Demonstrated successful achievements within sales/commerce. + Pragmatic entrepreneur and able to build and maintain relations on different levels, both internally and externally. + Real team player and good at dealing with many kinds of people. + Strong drive for results, customer focus and are ambitious. Excellent communicator and have good planning and organizational skills. + Fluent in English/Spanish and preferably also Portuguese. + Love to travel **Our application process** Interested in this position?
