We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager – Beverages to lead our commercial activities across Turkiye, Iran and the broader Middle East.
Based in Istanbul, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our beverage ingredient portfolio across multiple channels and customer types, including local leaders, regional innovators, and multinational brands.
You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, leading new business development, and representing dsm-firmenich’s beverage solutions in a dynamic and fast-evolving region.
**Your key responsibilities:**
Commercial & Customer Management
· Drive growth for dsm-firmenich’s beverage ingredients portfolio across Turkey, Iran, and the Middle East, with a focus on health-driven and functional categories such as flavored waters, juices, RTDs, energy drinks, and plant-based beverages.
· Manage and grow strategic customer relationships—both direct and through distributors—by delivering tailored, value-adding solutions.
· Lead price negotiations, quotations, and contract execution, ensuring margin management and adherence to commercial guidelines.
Solution Selling & Project Leadership
· Work closely with application and technical service teams to deliver customer-centric concepts using vitamins, minerals, flavors, hydrocolloids, and natural colorants
· Translate trends into business opportunities, especially in natural ingredients, clean label, and functional fortification.
· Monitor and drive project pipelines with clear conversion metrics and proactive follow-ups.
Market Expansion & Distributor Support
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new customers and market segments in the region, aligning with local and regional strategies.
· Collaborate with and support regional distributors with training, joint visits, and regular business reviews to ensure sales execution and alignment.
· Provide market intelligence and insight to guide portfolio development and innovation priorities.

**You bring:**
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
· 5–8 years of commercial experience in the beverage or food ingredients industry, ideally within Turkiye or the Middle East.
· Strong understanding of regional beverage trends and regulatory environments.
· Experience in solution selling, key account management, or distributor-led markets.
· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
· Fluent in English and Turkish language. Arabic or Farsi is a strong advantage.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
