Location/Division Specific Information

The primary function of the Account Manager is to promote to the clinicians and laboratories and healthcare providers in general on the basis of the communication concepts provided by ImmunoDiagnostics / Allergy, Autoimmunity departments. The goal is to establish these tests as a standard operating procedures in the different departments Laboratory, Allergy, and others and by this to establish the routine application with opinion leaders and target hospitals and CCL.

They will support business partners helping in the selection of potential customers to promote and increase the clinical demand of current and future biomarkers

A day in the Life:Promoting the products and their clinical / technical values to Lab professionals as well to Clinicians and other relevant partnersEducating the relevant lab & clinical & medical departments on the clinical / technical application and therapeuticDeveloping a complete understanding of account needs using professional selling skillsMake the Strategy to improve client resultsWin contracts with the client (financial/clinical decisions makers) to perceive our products as valuable tool to lead cost budget and selected diagnostics tool, establishing a timeline of performance. Follow up the agreements: performance, products and services and customer relationshipResolving client issues and complaintsCollaborating with the marketing and technical service team to improve profit by up-selling or cross-sellingReporting Activities, progress, goals, and initiatives using a company’s customer relationship management programAnalyzing client data to provide customer relationship management

Keys to Success:Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in sales and customer relationship managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science

ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in a sales role within the scientific industryDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong knowledge of industry-specific sales processesExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to determine customer needs and provide tailored solutionsIntermediate level of English

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires regular travel to client sites and participation in industry events. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
