About this opportunity:
We are seeking an inspiring and strategic account manager to join Ericsson Korea as part of KT Account Division, responsible for managing and expanding our business relationship with KT — one of our most critical customers. This role holds full accountability for the account P&L including working capital. The team’s primary objectives are to drive sustainable customer success, secure long-term business growth, and position Ericsson as KT’s preferred strategic partner.
What you will do:
Build internal relationships, understand Ericsson’s culture, strategy, and KT account dynamics, and partner closely with Product and Business Areas to leverage connections and deliver on customer commitments.Establish credibility and trust with KT stakeholders, oversee ongoing account performance, and ensure quality and profitability in delivery.Drive profitable sales and business growth through proactive short- and long-term business development, while sustaining existing business and advancing strategic initiatives.What you bring:
5+ years of sales account management and customer experience in the telecommunications industry.A “set-to-win” sales mindset focused on achieving success.Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills — innovative, solutions-oriented, and able to balance short- and long-term priorities.Influential and strong collaboration skills.Strong personal integrity and values that support a high ethical standard.Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.
