Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing and maintaining the existing installed base to achieve territory sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Analyze market trends and provide timely competitor and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and deal negotiation and closure.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Service, Project Management, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project implementation and a superior customer experience.
Develop and execute marketing concepts, business plans, and strategies to grow the Radiation Oncology market in Algeria.
Manage sales quotations, reporting, and CRM system updates to ensure accurate forecasting and territory management.
Promote upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
Serve as a consultative resource to clients, representing company values, ethics, and commitment to quality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Radiotherapy, Radiation Physics, Nuclear Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or other related healthcare/technical fields.
Strong technical understanding of medical devices and radiation therapy technologies.
Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both French and English.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (up to 50%) throughout Algeria.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical background in oncology (e.g., Radiotherapist, Medical Physicist, or Medical Technologist with oncology experience).
Experience in sales of medical equipment, ideally in oncology or radiation therapy.
Familiarity with business tools like Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
