Account Executive

Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people. **Primary Job Function:** Business Retention, value Expansion, Acquisition in owned & shared accounts, ensure the retention rate to achieve the revenue and get profitability. During contract lifecycle move from Shared to Owned through value expansion and acquisition **Core job Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure instrument analytical turnaround time (uptime/repair/maintenance) 2. Conduct customer business review (KPI reviews) 3. Manage customer relationship and thoroughly plan, prepare and follow up customer visits (pre-call plan, post-call notes) 4. Identify customer training requirements and deliver customer training 5. Coach customers and share knowledge (education) 6. Identify and resolve customer pain points (troubleshooting) 7. Replenish and control customer inventory 8. Build image and brand in eyes of customer 9. “Sell” or reinforce Abbott’s total solution value offering 10. Collect and transmit VOC (Voice of Customer) 11. Contact distributor for certain business opportunity 12. Manage VPT process for new instrument opportunity (Value Expansion). 13. Renewals of most of the assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewals procedures) 14. Menu expansion (utilization of existing products; new product launches) 15. Service sales 16. Product promotion 17. Forecast and Order management 18. Identify/open door for opportunity to expand offering into other departments (prospecting, not doing) 19. Price management 20. Service sales 21. Menu expansion 22. Lifecycle management of product 23. Contract Life Cycle and Compliance 24. NPS responsibility (incl. hot sheets) 25. Management of inter-client relationships 26. Assay availability and performance 27. Instrument installation & commissioning 28. Manage customer maintenance 29. Aforce use and maintenance (CRM) 30. Driving customer royalty(resolving customer issue, NPS, Operational Customer Business Review with Lab.) 31.
