Job Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and process cost recharge entries in accordance with internal policies and intercompany agreementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial strategies with business goalsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecastsAssist in budgeting and long-term financial planning processesSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysisDocuments internal finance processes and modifies it for any significant updatesParticipate in required trainings and seminars to stay updated with any related updates that enhance professional skills and promote work efficiency.Perform any assigned ad- hoc tasks.Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is a plus)Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance rolesExperience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, People) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion)Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co- workers and managers.Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insightsGood oral and written communication skills.Willingness to work on-site Taguig (McKinley Hill) or in a hybrid setup, depending on business needsAmenable to work on mid shift schedule (1pm to 10pm)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
