**Job Responsibilities** + Prepare, validate, and process cost recharge entries in accordance with internal policies and intercompany agreements + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial strategies with business goals + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts + Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning processes + Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis + Documents internal finance processes and modifies it for any significant updates + Participate in required trainings and seminars to stay updated with any related updates that enhance professional skills and promote work efficiency. + Perform any assigned ad- hoc tasks. **Job Qualification** + Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is a plus) + Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles + Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, People) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) + Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines. + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co- workers and managers. + Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision. + Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights + Good oral and written communication skills. + Willingness to work on-site Taguig (McKinley Hill) or in a hybrid setup, depending on business needs + Amenable to work on mid shift schedule (1pm to 10pm) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
