Act as interface of new products launch, covering packaging, warehouse, line feeding, automationPackaging RPP projectsPackaging process optimization and operation efficiency improvementRoles and Responsibilities
Act an Industrialization Project Manager (LOM), lead the physical project team based on the project management plan led by MFE/MOEx, integrate industrialization activities, deliver logistics requirements to external teams, and break down project targets into physical logistics, Monitor LOM task/ work package progress throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues promptly that may impact scope, timeline, budget, quality and automation fitness, Proactively convey project status regularly to key stakeholders/prompt escalation and strive for necessary resource.Systemically identify and realize package optimization to decrease the overall package related cost. Influence and later on improve design team competence with his best practice sharing, logic and structure usage of Bosch tools like FEMA, A3, 8D, and PSS etc.Actively analyze existing packaging design process with usage of FEMA, VSDia etc, systematically realize identified improvement potentials according to aligned schedule.Realize cross VS package standardization with deeply benchmark from IPN and external market.Deeply understand and study the new development trend of package engineering, to contribute to package improvements with new design ideas for all the value streams.Present the project in structure and logic wayOther tasks assigned by supervisors.QualificationsQualifications Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above: major in mechanical, automotive industry design or similar science and engineering; Major in Package design;More than 5 years working experience in packaging design or packaging project for new product introductionExperience in Bosch or OEMs is preferred.Fluent English speaking, Germany is plusJob Relevant Knowledge and Experience
