Purchasing Quality Engineer | 采购质量工程师
Single contact for the plants concerning quality of all purchased parts, responsilbe for ensuring a continous
production flow in the plants
在工厂内作为采购件质量的负责人，确保生产流程的连续稳定

Plan and manage the measurements for initial sample and incoming inspection 计划并管理首件检验和进料检验Lead failure analysis in case of production and customer complaints with Supplier/MOE/ENG/QMM 针对生产和客户投诉原材料质量问题，引导跨职能小组和供应商进行失效分析，锁定失效原因Handle claim management activities for supplier quality problems in fast and efficient way, including 8D, lesson learn, concession, defect cost charge back etc. 高效快速处理供应商质量投诉，包括8D，经验学习，让步接受，失效成本索赔等Drive quality improvement projects towards focus supplier or top failure, enable suppliers to fulfill RB quality-requirements 针对焦点供应商或主要失效模式，开展质量提升项目，提升供应商质量表现Support APQP for new purchasing parts, support TSD (technical supplier discussion) and PPAP 支持新采购件开发过程中的产品质量先期规划，参与前期的技术讨论和后期零件的过程审核放行Trigger supplier quality escalation process according to procedure 根据流程，触发供应商质量升级

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science or engineering
理工科类专业，本科以上学历
Basic English in both spoken and written
基本的英语沟通能力（口语和写作）
Good communication and organizational skills
良好的沟通和组织能力
Team player, motivated, positive attitude
团队合作，积极主动，正向思考
