职位要求Bachelor or above, major in automotive, electronics, mechatronics engineering or relevant educational background3 years related experience of eDirve & Gearbox system engineering / vehicle calibration in NEV areaKnowledge and experience of QM-system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)Strong willingness and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments both internally and externally.Accountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to changing environment.Experience of e-Powertrain or electrical/electronic architectureKnowledge of HV battery, eAxle, E-Maching, power electronic components (e.g. power inverter)Experience in systems engineering requirement management methods and toolsFamiliar with Automotive diagnostics especially in e-Powertrain and high voltage architectureFamiliar with MATLAB/Simulink, INCA and CAN network analysis tools
