Job Description:

需要您支持的主要职责：

掌握GP256、GP777、小样机三条产线，并熟练管理小时工日常工作；

参与安全部定期标准回顾，并日常提供安全改善建议；

参与AWT标准制定，并独立带领1个车间的改善项目；

参与质量内审，并日常提出质量改善建议；

能够识别本区域内的设备异常并简单处理或报修；

需要您具备：

高中或同等学历及以上，会基本英语为佳

接受过包装岗位的培训或有本岗位的工作经验(如：食品或饲料行业)

良好的沟通能力，成本意识，工作主动性，自我激励能力，团队意识，安全、卫生、质量意识

熟知包装车间质量标准，并有能力支持车间质量改善；

熟悉AM DMS标准制定原则及方法论。可以使用工具进行问题解决。
