Job Description

LOG warehouse technical engineer

岗位职责：

Supplier logistics quality management, handling material failures complaints, including labeling failure and mix-up failure. Create complaint letters and follow up with suppliers for resolution, lead in optimizing processes to reduce the rate of abnormalities.

供应商物流质量提升，接收物料来料异常投诉，包含包装不规范、数量不一致等，创建投诉信跟进供应商端解决，并做优化降低异常比率。同时做好供应商来料包装方式优化改进

Plant logistics operations process continuous optimization，including raw material receiving, picking, and finished goods shipping;

工厂物流操作持续优化，包括原材料收货、原材料拣货、成品发运等

Digitalization and automation in warehouse, leading the discussion, confirming solution, selecting options, and implementation, responsible for monitoring and coordinating the progress of projects to ensure timely completion, as well as coordinating the necessary audits;

仓库数字化与自动化，牵头进行方案商讨、方案确认、选型及实施与落地，项目进展监控与协调，确保项目按时完成，并配合做相应审核

Logistics KPI management, including operational efficiency DP, direct labor cost saving with a continuous improvement.

物流KPI管理，包括物流作业效率DP，人员费用优化，不断提升指标

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering, Supply Chain or related major(good English reading and writing skills are a plus)

本科学历，工业工程、物流工程、供应链等专业优先（良好的英文读写能力优先），2年以内工作经验

Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities; familiar with Python, Java, and SQL is preferred.

具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力，会Python，Java，SQL优先

Proactive, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, eager to learn, with good communication, problem-solving, and cross-function collaboration skills

乐观开朗，积极主动学习，目标结果导向，吃苦耐劳能够承受工厂枯燥而又严格的工作要求，稳定性需要考量至少在LOM呆1.5年以上。
