**Description:** グランド ハイアット 東京のエンジニアリング部にて、当ホテルの施設維持保全管理業務全般をお任せします。 ＜主な業務内容＞ ・Director of Engineeringが不在の際、要請によりホテル執行部として、 　オペレーションが効率よく経済的に稼動するよう他の全ての部署をサポートし、 　オペレーション上のリクエストに対応し、施設機器や建物、敷地を最適な条件にするよう維持する。 ・エンジニアの管理日報の記録を監督・検証する。 ・設備保全維持・保守点検業務(委託会社)の管理 ・家具備品（FFE）などの保全・修理・更新業務 ・厨房機器の保守点検管理・修理・更新工事計画 ・非常用設備における非常時対応計画の作成・実行や人員安全・防犯システムのメンテナンス、オペレーションのアシストを行う。 ・修繕予算・計画の管理 ・設備投資の計画および管理 ・外部施工業者との調整や工事立会い　等 The Director of Engineering at Grand Hyatt Tokyo is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities.
