**Description:**
+ 主に総支配人、ホテルマネージャーのフォローアップやサポート/Follow-up and support mainly to the General Manager and Hotel Manager
+ 各種レポート類の作成 / Prepare various reports
+ 各種データの更新、維持管理/Updating and maintaining various data
+ 通訳、社内書類や資料の翻訳/Interpretation and translation of internal documents and materials
+ その他、人事総務業務全般 /Other general human resources and general administration duties
**Qualifications:**
+ 英語、日本語でのコミュニケーションスキルに支障のない方(読み、書き、会話)
+ エクセルやパワーポイント等、基本的なPCスキルを持った方
+ 人事総務経験者、秘書経験者尚可。
+ ホテルまたはホスピタリティー業界でのアドミニストレーション経験が2年以上
+ Good communication skills in English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
+ Basic PC skills such as Excel and Power Point.
+ Experience in human resources administration and secretarial experience a plus.
+ At least 2 years of experience in administration in the hotel or hospitality industry
