Boschクロスドメインコンピューティングソリューション(XC)事業部の製品全体をカバーし、日本の自動車メーカーのサイトで、社内外エンジニアと協働してタスクを遂行するエンジニアを募集します。
Boschを代表して、高い意識を持って、お客さまに最も近いところで価値を提供することが期待される、非常に挑戦的な業務です。

主な業務：

日本の自動車メーカーのエンジニアと連携したXC製品の評価
例) レーダー、ビデオや、スマホを自動車のキーとする製品などグローバルのBoschのエンジニアと共に事象の調査、原因分析と対策の検討ソフトウェア更新、インテグレーションおよび評価日本の自動車メーカーの要求・期待値の把握と、Boschプロジェクトチームへの展開実務やトレーニングを通した知見の向上・維持やノウハウの蓄積・展開
 

Resident Engineer who are working together with Japanese OEM engineers and carry out tasks for products of overall Cross-domain Computing Solution Business (XC) Division at customer site.
This is a very challenging role to be responsible for providing value to customers with high sincerity as a representative of Bosch at nearest position to them.

What you do:

Work with Japanese OEM engineers to evaluate products of Cross-domain Computing Solution Business Division
Ex) Radar, Video or Key by SmartphoneInvestigate issues, cause analysis and consider countermeasures with global Bosch engineersSoftware update, integration and evaluationElicit requirements or expectations from Japanese OEM and share them with Bosch project teamImprove and maintain competence, store and share know-how obtained via task execution or training

資格

[応募資格]

ソフトウェアやハードウェアエンジニアリングに関する基礎的な知識・経験日本語(N3以上)および英語によるコミュニケーション能力迅速に現場に赴いて問題解決を図る行動力お客さまの近くでの作業で、協力関係を構築するスキル日本の自動車運転免許

[あると望ましい]

ADAS領域の機能の評価の経験ワイヤレス技術に関する知識CANalyzer, CANoeなどの評価ツールの使用経験JIRAなどの管理ツールの利用経験製品開発の流れについての基本的な知識や経験チームのリーダー / サブリーダーの経験自動車業界での業務経験カスタマーとの折衝経験

[Mandatory]

Basic knowledge and experience of Software or HardwareCommunication skill in Japanese(N3 or more) or EnglishReadiness to travel and work at customer locationsEnjoy close contact and cooperation with customersDriver's License in Japan

[Preferable]

Evaluation or application of functions in ADAS area.Knowledge of wireless technology.Experience of evaluation tool such as CANAnalyzer, CANoe.Experience of management tool such as JIRA.Basic knowledge and experience of workflow for product development.Experience of Leader or Sub-leader of a team.Job experience in Automotive Industry.Experience of customer negotiation.
