Job Description

We are looking for a motivated D365 Application Development Intern to support our team in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, and cloud-based solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications.Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build business solutions.Support integration of D365 with other enterprise applications using APIs and connectors.Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to gather and analyze requirements.Assist in writing and testing code using C# (.NET), JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom workflows and plugins.Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and D365 reporting tools.Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of D365 applications.Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or any ERP/CRM system is a plus.Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn enterprise application development.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with D365 development through coursework, projects, or internships.Basic knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus.Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
