Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Corporation Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various communication initiatives and projects. This internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and develop essential skills in corporate communication.

Social Media:

Assist in creating engaging & informative content for various communication channels: Facebook, LinkedIn and TiktokSupport the creation of multimedia content, including basic photography skills, short video editing & shooting for internal & external use.Social media savvy, keep update to date with social media trends.Love to be on screen.

Internal Communication:

Assist in drafting and editing communication content and visual such as emails, presentations, newsletter and more.Assist in designing communication materials to effectively convey key messagesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure accurate & timely delivery of internal communication.Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communication team as needed.

Events Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing company events, event logistics and onsite event managementAssist in communication around event management including timelines, calendars, reports, presentations.Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support internal & external eventsSupport set up broadcasting equipment (sound and lighting)Support live-stream set, keep track of comments and engagements on live-stream platform (OBS Studio)

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.No previous working experience required, although having experiences in content creation, social media management and/or event coordination is a plus.Eloquent in English and VietnameseProficient in graphic design & video editing software/tool such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustration, Premeier), Canva, Capcut ... etc. is a plusProactive in staying updated with design and social media trends and toolsStrong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their use in a corporate settingFamiliar with operating digital camera, video equipment and systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details.Good interpersonal and organization skills are important.Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.Ability to work in multicultural teamsCreative, proactive, independent
