BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job DescriptionReview & match the invoices with purchase order, delivery receipt, contract and timely settlement of invoices as per the payment termEnsure that the queries acted on timely manner within SLAEnsure old/open requests are addressed on priority and no pending casesIdentify opportunities for process enhancements within the process and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errorsHandling internal/external supplier calls/mails to address the issues

Education: B.Com/M.Com/Commerce Graduate. Additional Certification like CPA, CMA, CAPP desirableAdvance in Thai language2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or related financial function is a plusProficient in detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysisProficient in ethical standards and a commitment to data security and privacyProficient in understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, accruals and financial reportingProficient in using the ERP tools and software like SAPProficient communication skills for vendor interactions and internal collaborationProficient organizational and time management skills to manage multiple invoices and tasks efficientlyProficient in MS Excel to analyze complex data to identify trends for process improvements & reportingProficient in problem solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, discrepancies
