エレクトリファイドモーション(EM)事業部における国内Tier顧客向け技術営業コンフォートアクチュエーター(CA)製品の顧客管理・プロジェクト獲得活動をリード営業活動における顧客インターフェース、および既存ビジネスの利益管理(例：価格改定、クレーム補償)社内グローバルチームと連携をしながらの戦略立案および実行

 

Technical Sales for J-Tier customers in Electrified Motion (EM)Lead acquisition management for EM-CA (Comfort Actuators) productsCustomer interface for commercial topics and support in-series profit management (e.g. PCR, ECR, Claim Compensations)Support strategy creation and execution including RB internal (global) alignment

Qualifications

　[求める経験・知識]

自動車メーカーまたは国内Tierメーカー向け業務経験優れたコミュニケーション能力と異文化理解力、顧客および社内関係部署との交渉・調整能力日本語(ネイティブレベル)/英語(ビジネスレベル)顧客志向、自発的行動力、率先性、オーナーシップをもって業務に取り組める方可能であれば、コンフォートアクチュエーター関連の業務経験および製品知識

 

JOEM and/or J-Tier Sales experience (Customer oriented mindset)Good communication and intercultural skill: Negotiation with JOEM/J-Tier and Internal alignmentFluent in Japanese and EnglishSelf-motivated, self-initiative, ownershipPreferably Comfort Actuators related business experience and knowledge
